Genetics

Which uncle is this that Mason LOOKS EXACTLY like?

Two Little Monkeys bouncing on the bed...

In the next two pictures, Braden could pass for a young Blake. This looks exactly like every childhood picture I've seen of Blake! Nanna, Pop. . .am I wrong?

MASON! Open your eyes!

BRADEN! Open your eyes!

Who is that baby?

Same handsome daddy, same hooded towel, but who is that baby?

Say Cheese!

Daycare had the boys "school pictures" taken a few weeks ago and we just got the proofs back. I need to get Braden's posted, but for right now, here is Mr. Mason, and just like his brother, he posed perfectly. I picked the picture up as I was dropping Braden off from Preschool. He was so excited to take them into his classroom and show all of his friends. I cut one of Mason's out for him and he carried it with him all day.

Then, when daddy came home, Braden decided to get his scissors out and cut one out for daddy. This about gave me a heart attack, but he didn't do too bad.

Crying Over Spilled Ice Cream

Poor Braden couldn't hold it together as his ice cream melted all over him. At first it was a funny picture, but I guess it was also very, very cold. We tried to get one more smile out of him, but he wasn't having it and he didn't like that we took this picture of his tears, either.

Blake took the boys for a walk yesterday afternoon and got these GREAT pictures of our neighborhood. You can see Braden in his Pujols shirt, riding his bicycle in the one below.

Yummy in my Tummy

Mason is loving the cereal so much (at least 3 times a day) that I tried to sneak in some carrots. He was NOT interested. He made the cutest "yuk" face and spit them right back out, as you can see on his bib. What he does LOVE his this high chair. He loves "kickin' back" and propping his feet up on the small tray. He now has 3 teeth, but is still a drool faucet.

More Halloween…

Hmm. . .we tried to explain to Braden that Halloween was finally over, but still, on Sunday morning, Batman was still there. I have a feeling we'll still be seeing Batman at Christmas.

Braden giving his best shot at a goofy face, just like Daddy's. It's a good thing he's got a great sense of humor. . he really doesn't have a choice. The sarcasm will come next!

Halloween Marathon

Daddy took Braden to trick or treat, while Mason and I stayed home to hand out the candy! As soon as they came home, we hung out on the front porch and handed out candy.

This is the only appearance Mason made in his Hunny Pot costume, at the Chamber.

Our friend Suzie was handing out candy as a chocolate chip cookie, at Trunk or Treat.

Super Hero central. . .Incredible Hulk (Ethan), Batman (he refuses to smile in his Batman pictures, because he thinks Batman is serious) and Blue Power Ranger (Logan)

Our Halloween festivities started as soon as we purchased Braden's Batman costume. But officially, we met friends at two community parties on Thursday night.

Have a Hot Dog, Batman

We had the pleasure of attending a wonderful Halloween party yesterday at our good friend, Ethan's grandparents house. As soon as we pulled up Braden wanted to know what Ethan had dressed up as and we were quite sure it would be Spiderman. To our surprise, he was Batman just like Braden!!! His parents were an adorable Bat girl and the Joker. Despite the chilly weather it was a great party.

In addition to our good friend Ethan, our best buddy, Will a.k.a. Buzz Lightyear was also there.
